qualify for any of our properties, we will arrange viewings.

We take into consideration the following:

• Past Evictions
• Criminal History
• Credit Check

Income must be 3 times the monthly rent to qualify to rent our properties.

Section 8/Rent Assistance is NOT accepted.

Emergency Assistance is NOT accepted.

2. Photo IDs of anyone aged 18+ on the application
3. Proof of Income: check stubs from the most recent month
4. Do you have any pets? If so, which type, etc.
5. Current Address and Reason for Moving
